Welcome to the Spiritual Gifts Inventory!
Your participation is valuable in helping us understand the unique gifts within our community and how they can best contribute to our collective mission. Please read the following instructions carefully before beginning the inventory:
Reflective Approach:
Take a moment to center yourself before responding to the questions. Consider your experiences, feelings, and beliefs as they genuinely pertain to you.
Response Format:
Section One—Each statement in this inventory should be answered using the Likert scale provided, where:
1 = Strongly Disagree
2 = Disagree
3 = Neutral
4 = Agree
5 = Strongly Agree
Section Two—In this section, we want to explore your strengths and potential. There are nine questions to help identify your spiritual gifts as we seek to focus on Community Building, Communication, and Financial Stability. Think about your experiences, skills, and goals as you answer. Consider how these factors contribute to your participation as we move into the future. Stay open and curious during this exercise to uncover new insights about your abilities and how they fit into your journey.
Honesty Is Key: There are no right or wrong answers. Please answer as honestly as possible based on your personal experience and beliefs. Your responses should reflect your own perspectives, not what you think is expected.
Take Your Time: Don’t rush. Give yourself the space to consider each statement carefully and choose the response that best represents your view or feeling.
Confidentiality: Your responses will be kept confidential. They are meant to help us understand and support our community's diverse spiritual gifts.
Complete All Questions: Please answer all the questions to the best of your ability. Incomplete inventories may not provide the full picture needed for accurate analysis.
No Influence: Avoid trying to guess the categories or desired outcomes. The inventory is designed to identify your unique contributions without fitting into pre-determined categories.
