Alaska FFA Washington Leadership Conference Scholarship Application

The Alaska FFA Association and AgWest Farm Credit are pleased to offer a $2,500 scholarship to one member of the FFA. The Washington Leadership Conference gives students the opportunity to develop as leaders and active members of their community while being exposed to the rich history of Washington D.C. Applicants must be a sophomore or junior in high school at the time the scholarship is awarded.
Supporting Materials
In this application, you will be asked to supply a resume which includes the following:

a. Your FFA achievements, offices held, participation in FFA activities, etc.

b. A description or list of school and community activities in what you have actively participated.

You will also be asked to answer the following essay prompts:

a. Describe your Supervised Agricultural Experience.

b. Describe your future goals and plans.

c. Tell us why you wish to attend the conference and how you would implement what you learned to benefit your community.
