Each Small Business vendor is provided one 6-foot table and two chairs with their registration. Drapery/ table cover can be provided at an additional cost of $25.00.
Small business vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands, however, if you are bringing an additional table, you MUST notify the event team at the time of registration. This is a tabletop show and we encourage vendors to be as unique as you wish with your display, however, please be sure the display can fit into a 10'x10'space. Loud music is prohibited as there will be onsite music and DJ.
Outlets are available for electronic equipment, but are limited, those needs should be specified at the bottom of the agreement in the additional notes section. You will be contacted 30 days prior to the show to reconcile electrical fees. Vendors are advised to keep products and exhibits to a 10’x10’ display size. Larger displays should give prior notice to the event coordinator.

Please note DanieBJones/ DanieBJones Inc. is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the exposition floor, venue, or parking lot. In addition, DanieBJones assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects.
Vendors may have access to event space beginning 7:00 am on the morning of November 30th, 2024. The BOSB Expo will open to the public at 9:30 AM and will conclude at 4:00 pm. This year we do have the option for "Vendor Pre-Check In" which allows small businesses to set up their space in advance on (Wednesday, November 27th, 2024). Pre check-in set up times will be emailed at later date. You can select the Pre-Check-in option during registration. Participation in the November 30th, 2024 expo is voluntary, and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services.
Vendors must pay the registration fee before vending space is reserved. Vendor expo floor location is chosen on a first come first serve basis. Thanks to the layout of the Show Place Arena all vending areas have an equal amount of visibility. There are no bad spaces. Show management preselects vendor space for each small business based on your products and or services, however, vendors reserve the right to request a different space, although it is not guaranteed.
Payment shall be made directly through PayPal or with any major credit card. Money Orders are also accepted. Please contact the event coordinator with payment questions.
Registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, act of God or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control, the Black Owned Small Business Expo will be rescheduled for a date to be determined. In the event this event is canceled by DanieBJones, this contract is null, and void and vendors will receive a full refund.
Small business vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for the Black Owned Small Business Expo. As registered vendor you are welcome to submit a promotional item, i.e., coupon, business card, flyer etc., to be included in our complimentary registration bags given to all attendees. Your signature verifies your consent to these terms.
