The role of a C-level leader in a growing network is complex and challenging. The Accelerator program provides leaders with coaches and a cohort of peers to support each other. We aim to create a space where you can share your successes and challenges openly with your coach and peers, so you can experience the most growth in your leadership. Similarly, in this application, we encourage you to be candid and reflective about both your challenges and successes. We value self-awareness and growth mindset in this program.
