BHR - Acknowledgement and Pool Waiver Form

The undersigned hereby acknowledges that they have received and reviewed the Beacon Hill Rec.Association Pool Rules and Regulations, dated February 2023, and does hereby acknowledge and affirmatively agree to be bound by the Pool Rules and to use the swimming pool, sun deck, and lawn area pursuant to and in accordance with the Pool Rules for members and guests.The undersigned affirmatively acknowledges that use of the swimming pool is at their own risk.In consideration of use of the pool all residents/individuals/guests who have access to the pool area agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Beacon Hill Rec. Association, Board of Directors, and management company from any and all claims of any nature.With the intent to be legally bound by the terms of this document, the undersigned does hereby set forth their signature
