I agree to Terms of Service.* This field is required.MONTHLY POOL SERVICE AGREEMENT This agreement is made between Blue Peak Management LLC DBA Pool HQ (hereafter referred to as the "Service Provider") and the undersigned client (hereafter referred to as the "Client"). The Service Provider is committed to delivering exceptional pool and spa maintenance services tailored to the Client's needs. Effective communication and collaboration are essential for ensuring consistent service quality. Terms and Conditions 1. Service Provision The Client engages the Service Provider for monthly pool and/or spa maintenance services at the property address specified below. This agreement is a month-to-month commitment, with the Client agreeing to pay a monthly fee for services rendered. 2. Service Interruptions Services may be delayed due to adverse weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as illness. The Service Provider reserves the right to postpone services for up to one week, with a maximum of five (5) such postponements per year. No services will be performed during Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks. In cases of inclement weather, chemical adjustments may still be made as conditions allow. Pools will be prepped for non-visited weeks whenever feasible. 3. Access and Availability The Client must ensure the Service Provider has access to the pool/spa area on scheduled service days. This includes providing access codes, securing pets, and coordinating with security personnel as necessary. Failure to provide access will result in a full charge for the missed service. 4. Chemicals and Maintenance Standard service includes all necessary chemicals. Filter cleaning is performed bi-weekly when possible but is only guaranteed once every three (3) months. Proper filter maintenance is critical to effective pool and spa upkeep. 5. Additional Services Standard service sessions are billed in 30-minute increments. Extra labor for storm cleanup, debris removal, or other non-standard maintenance is charged at $18 per additional 15-minute block. Bi-weekly vacuuming is included; however, vacuuming is guaranteed once per month in cases of equipment malfunction. 6. Holiday Schedule The Service Provider observes the following holidays and closures: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Week, and Christmas Week. A two-week closure will be announced in advance each year. Emergency service during these periods is subject to additional charges. 7. Repairs and Additional Costs Monthly fees do not cover repairs. Repair costs or services beyond standard maintenance will be quoted separately. An annual algicide treatment fee of $50 will be automatically charged on May 1st to maintain water quality. 8. Liability and Damage The Service Provider is not responsible for any damage to the pool, pool equipment, or surrounding areas resulting from acts of nature, wear and tear, chemical reactions, or other factors outside of the Service Provider's control. The Client is responsible for maintaining proper water levels between service visits. The Service Provider does not fill pools or monitor water levels regularly. If water is added to the pool by Client request or necessity: The Client assumes responsibility for the associated water bill. The Service Provider is not liable for any damage caused by adding water, including overflow, structural damage, or equipment malfunction. The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for above-ground pools due to their higher propensity for damage, staining, or other issues inherent to their design and materials. 9. Payment Terms Payments must be made via credit or debit card only. Payment for the upcoming month’s service is due before the first scheduled service of that month. Late payments incur a $25 late fee after a 30-day grace period. Non-payment results in service suspension and may incur additional fees. 10. Cancellation and Refunds This agreement is non-refundable and operates on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party. The Client must provide 30 days' written notice to cancel the service. Prepaid services, including the annual algicide fee, are non-refundable upon cancellation. 11. Dispute Resolution Any disputes will be resolved through mediation by a former or retired judge in Sarasota or Charlotte County. The Service Provider reserves the right to use pool images for advertising purposes. Acknowledgment By signing below, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above and authorizes the Service Provider to perform services at the specified property.

This full service plan includes weekly pool cleaning, Chemicals, Skimming, and brushing weekly. Pool filter cleaning and vacuuming is guaranteed once a month! We will attempt weekly but, weather and time may effect this.
