Before registering for this position, please be aware of additional requirements:
- Cosplayers are required to promote their appearance at said event, using all promotional materials provided.
- Cosplayers MUST promote a minimum of THREE times per week tagging Music Is Life Concerts, Funk You Promos, event headliner, and venue in all social media posts using the profile handles given.
- Those who volunteer to help with ticket sales will be paid through commission of $5.00 for every ticket sold.
- Tickets are to be sold at face value. No more. No less.
- Cosplayers are given a free entry with a plus one to the event, given they followed through with all conditions stated in this agreement.
- Cosplayers shall arrive atleast 1 hour prior to the event scheduled open time.
- Should any cosplayers have to cancel their appearance to show, they shall notify Music Is Life Concerts atleast 7 days prior to event or shall be responsible to return any tickets and monies collected (minus commission) immediately.
- No cosplayer shall double book themselves for any other event taking place on same date and at same time.
- Cosplayers are responsible for turning in all unused/unsold tickets and money gathered from the ticket sales not including their commission.
- Cosplayers are responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen tickets. Take care of them as, if you would, cash.
