Please read through the 2026-2027 Corefa Commitment, and answer the following questions.
As detailed in the Corefa Commitment, you can expect to put about 15 hours a week into your ministry, although the number varies depending on how big your Core is, how much time planning Core will take, etc.
What scheduling changes would you anticipate needing to make in order to free up time for leading a core and making it a priority?*

As detailed in the Corefa Commitment, there are some summer requirements for our leaders, including attending SICM, periodic check-ins with a pastor, and the leadership retreat in September.
Do you foresee any conflicts with these expectations?*
As detailed in the Corefa commitment, we ask our student leaders to commit to attending events such as SICM, Fall Retreat, and SALT, as well as two leadership retreat (one in Fall and one in Winter), totaling about $400.

Are there any areas of repeated moral struggle and/ or sin in the past couple of years that you have been dealing with? (e.g. gossip, pornography, excessive or underage drinking, uncontrolled anger, sexual sins, masturbation, etc.) Please explain what steps you have taken in dealing with this issue. We want to be as supportive as we can through your process!*
