The expectation (from your Corefa commitment) is that you can expect to put about 15 hours a week into your ministry, although the number varies depending on how big your Core is and how much time planning Core will take. There are some summer requirements for our leaders, including attending SICM, periodic check-ins with a pastor, and the leadership retreat in September. Have you reviewed the Corefa commitment and do you foresee any conflicts with these expectations?*
As detailed in the Corefa commitment, we ask our student leaders to commit to attending events such as SICM, Fall Retreat, and SALT. Do you anticipate it being challenging to pay for these events, or have any questions as to why we ask for this commitment? We want to know how we can best support you!*
