Rules & Regulations Handbook and Forms Acknowledgement. I acknowledge that I have received and read a copy of the Rules & Regulatons Handbook and Forms. I agree to follow the guidelines and policies contained in the Handbook and Forms or as directed by the HOA / Management Company. I further understand that the HOA / Management Company has the right to revise the policies and procedures in the handbook and Forms at any time. I understand that no statements, representaions, or actons of any HOA Board Member or principal of the Management Company will modify these policies and procedures unless I receive specific notce of modificaton.
