By signing the attached application, you are agreeing to the above listed terms. Violation of any said terms is grounds to terminate the agreement and for the vendor to be removed from the venue. No fees will be returned under these conditions.

To be considered, {companyName} must submit payment via the Huntsman World Senior Games Portal for {whatBooth37}

If not accepted as a vendor, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days are assessed a 3% processing fee. After which it is a 10% processing fee up to August 1. After August 1, booth fees are nonrefundable.

Payment alone will not reserve your vendor spot. All of the following must be submitted (this form and full payment in the portal):

1. Proof of Insurance with Huntsman World Senior Games listed as coinsured
2. Signed agreement
3. Full Payment: Dixie Convention Center (Indoor) $1200
   Canyons Softball Complex (outdoor) $1500
   Little Valley Pickleball Complex (outdoor) $500

1. For Vendors other than those in the Dixie Convention Center, the Games provides 10x8 (or negotiated) space at outdoor venue. Electicity, tables, etc. are not provided. 
2. Dixie Convention Center vendors, are managed by the Dixie Convention Center Staff and Managment. Rules must be followed explicitly. They reserve the right to remove vendors from their premises. 
3. Dixie Convention Center will contact vendors with additional information on how to purchase extra storage space, extra tables, extension cords, secured wifi, etc. They will also provide vendor shipping instructions.
4. The following items are provided complimentary to Dixie Convention Center Vendors-  
   • One 6' Skirted Table
   • Pipe-and-Drape (backdrop wall)
   • Two Chairs
   • One Wastebasket
   • Access to Electricity and Basic Wifi
5. All vendors must provide proof of insurance of $1 million per occurrence, with $2 million aggregate. **World Senior Games, Inc., 1572 Dixie Dr. #103, St. George, UT 84770, needs to be listed as an Additional Insured.** 
6. All vendors must have a valid business license and display clearly the entity name from which the customers will receive charges. 
7. All vendors must display and state clearly their return policy or display and explain clearly that all purchases are final. 
8. The vendor is solely responsible for reporting and paying sales taxes to the State of Utah. 
9. Vendors accept full responsibility for any mailing costs, duties or customs charges on any products mailed to athletes as a result of a giveaway, drawing, prize, or sale. The Huntsman World Senior Games will not accept responsibility for any business transactions between vendors and their customers. 
10. Vendors must follow all rules and policies of the facility they are exhibiting at (Dixie Convention Center, Little Valley Pickleball and Canyons Softball Complex). 
    1. Facility management regulations at the various venues take precedence over any other guidelines.
    2. No dogs/pets are allowed in the Dixie Convention Center. 
    3. Vendors are not to have chairs other than those assigned or rented from facility.
    4. Vendors must stay within their assigned/purchased space.
    5. Full terms and policies will be sent to vendor by the Dixie Convention Center.  
    6. No 1st Sunday, after 8 am move-in's allowed. 
11. The Huntsman World Senior Games reserves the right to disallow exhibition of any material or product deemed inappropriate or nuisance. 
12. Booth locations and exclusivity are only guaranteed and negotiated with key sponsors. 
13. Traffic-ways must be kept free of boxes, chairs, product, etc. You will be required to be respectful of the public, keep your area tidy, and conform to fire and other safety standards. 
14. Vendors must remain within their designated areas and not move to percieved open locations. While vendors can visit other booths, entry into another vendor's space is permitted only upon invitation. Vendors are strictly prohibited from extending into walkways to attract customers, intimidating customers, or expanding into vacant spaces. Non-compliance may lead to the immediate expulsion of the offending vendor from the show.
15. Vendors are expected to be professional and refrain from disparaging other vendors or products. Please keep booth noise to a minimum, and be courteous to others.
16. The Huntsman World Senior Games is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please be careful when leaving cash box and inventory at booths unattended. 
17. Move in and Move out times and terms, must be adhered to.
    1. Dixie Convention Center- Move in is Saturday October 5th. (12 noon-5pm) Move out is Friday, October 18th (by 5pm). 
    2. Little Valley Pickleball and Softball Booths- by Negotiation.
