Requirements
1. HOURS OF OPERATION: August 31st 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
2. SET UP TIME: 7:00 am-9:00 am
3. SUPPLIES: Vendors must provide your own garbage cans, bags for disposal of waste and any other supplies needed.
4. BOOTH: HOLA will not provide tables. All tables, chairs and tents must be provided by the vendor.
5. SALES TAX: Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying sales tax to the Dept. of Revenue.
6. Vendors are not allowed to advertise or solicit sales except at their own booth.
7. VENDORS MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN CHAIRS, MONEY (FOR MAKING CHANGE), TRASH CANS, GARBAGE BAGS, ELECTRICAL EXTENSION CORDS AND WATER HOSES.
8. Food vendors are required to have a fire extinguisher
9. RECYCLING: Each Vendor is responsible for the proper disposal of waste.
10. SECURITY: Each Vendor is responsible for the safe keeping of their property. Farmers Market/Downtown Green and HOLA Lakeway are not responsible for any damage or loss of property.
11. TABLECLOTH: Vendors must provide their own.
