To become a member of SMR and/or belong to the BSC MLS, please follow the steps below.

You must submit the membership application within ten days of joining a real estate firm.

Our application processing time is a minimum of 2 business days after submission.

Once your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted to pay the applicable fees (see above). 

• Payment is due in full within Ten Business days. Applications that remain unpaid beyond the 10-business-day mark will be transferred to the Brokerage as non-members.
• MEMBERSHIP IS NOT VALID UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED!
• NO MLS ACCESS WILL BE GRANTED WITHOUT PAYMENT OF ALL APPROPRIATE MEMBERSHIP DUES AND/OR FEES.
• Unpaid membership dues with SMR will result in your classification as a non-member salesperson, and dues will be assessed to the Broker in Charge as long as your license remains with their company. 

SMR membership and BSC MLS affiliation will be revoked for failure to meet the respective requirements of each organization.

Once payment has been made, agents will receive access to their mandatory NAR Code of Ethics & Fair Housing course along with instructions for attending SMR & BSCMLS's New Agent Orientations. (Individual requirements may vary based on Membership type or reactivating status.)
