To become a member of GAR and/or subscribe to the BSC MLS, please follow the steps below.

You must submit the membership application within ten days of joining a real estate firm.

Our application processing time is a minimum of 3 business days after submission.

Once processed, invoices with hyperlinks will be provided for online payment and agent activation.
- The fees are prorated based on when you are joining.
- Fee schedules are included in this application, so you are aware of your financial obligation.
- Portions of the payments may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses.
