Red Lodge After Prom Party

The Red Lodge After Prom Party is a safe and fun encore to the Prom Dance, that is organized and led by a group of parents and community members. It will take place on April 12th from 10:30 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. at Red Lodge High School. This event will include, but is not limited to, the following activities: large inflatable games, prizes, casino games, laser tag, corn hole, great food, and so much more! I understand that it is the After Prom Party Committee’s desire to provide an enjoyable and safe environment for the students following Prom.

The Red Lodge After Prom Party is for all Red Lodge High School students grades 9-12, whether they attend prom or not. Guests of Red Lodge High Schools students are permitted to attend based on their pre-approval by the principal and a completed/signed waiver.

Please note the following:

No student/guest will be allowed to enter the event after 12:00 am.
Students/guests are encouraged to stay until the conclusion of the event at 2:00 am.
If a student/guest leaves the facility unescorted, that student/guest will not be allowed to return.
Escorts will be provided if a student/guest needs to go to his/her car.

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the student listed below, hereby grant permission for my student/guest to participate in the After Prom Event for RLHS students and their guests, which is scheduled for April 12, 2025, from 10:30 p.m. until 2:00 a.m.I understand that my student's/guest's participation in the Event is entirely voluntary and that my student's/guest's participation potentially involves risks and obligations that are impossible to predict but which are beyond the scope of those normally associated with traditional school functions and this event is not affiliated with Red Lodge High School. These risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of loss or damage to personal property and the risk of sickness, personal injury or death while participating in the Event. In the event of injury, I do hereby consent to any emergency medical treatment rendered to my student/guest under the supervision of professional healthcare providers.With full knowledge of the risks involved, I herby release and hold harmless Red Lodge After Prom and Red Lodge School District, its board, officers, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by while participating in any activity during Red Lodge After Prom.I give permission for Event authorized volunteers to search any tote bag, duffle bag, etc., that is in my student's/guest's possession upon entering the facility.I understand these risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of loss or damage to personal property and the risk of sickness, personal injury or death while participating in the Event.
