    2026 Vendor Application Saturday, August 8th, 2026 10am-9pm Pendergast Regional Park 1199 Union Ave W, Bremerton, WA 98312
    • All Vendors will be in the soccer field area.
    • Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, etc.
    • Concession Booths are required to have a Class K fire extinguisher.
    • Commercial Booths are required to have a 2A10BC fire extinguisher.
    • All Propane gas must be secured with no more than 10 gallons per site.
    • All tents must be tagged or labeled as Flame Resistant and secured with weights.
    • Must provide their own power if needed.
    • Food Vendors must meet all requirements established in the Kitsap County Department of Health & Kitsap County Fire Marshal. They will inspect prior to opening.
    • Vendors are responsible for compliance with all state, federal, local laws and regulations including collection of sales taxes, and health permits.
    • Cancelation Policy: 1.)  If the cancellation is made more prior to July 10th, 2026, the vendor will receive a 75% refund of any vendor fees paid. 2.) If the cancellation is made between 14 and 30 days before the event, the vendor will receive a 50% refund of any vendor fees paid. If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the event, no refund will be given unless approved by the Unda1sun committee.
    • Garbage: A dumpster will be Provided; Vendors are required to dispose of their own trash. Each Food Vendor must provide a 32-gallon trash receptacle. If booth space is not left clean and free of debris after the event, Vendor must pay a $50 clean-up fee.
    • The set-up will be Friday August 7th 6-10pm or Sat. August 8th 7-9am. All Vendors must be fully set-up by 9am on August 8th,2024.
    • Vendors must be opened for the full duration of the event (10am-9pm). Arriving late or tearing down early will result in a fee of $100.00 and may disqualify participation in future events. (Unless approved by committee)
    • All vendor applications are due by July 10th, 2026.
    • If you are unable to apply by July 10th, 2026, last minute applications will be accepted no later than August 3rd with a late fee of $150.00 (BASED ON BOOTH AVAILABILITY).
    • Booth placement will not be guaranteed until full payment is received. Don’t delay! limited number of spaces available.
    • PER CITY OF BREMERTON IF COVID RESTRICTIONS CHANGE UNDA1SUN FESTIVAL COULD BE CANCELED OR WITHDRAWN. IN THIS CASE 100% REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CANCELATION NOTICE

    By signing below, I acknowledge and hereby agree to abide by the Unda1Sun Islander Festival Rules and Regulations. I acknowledge my failure to observe these Rules and Regulations will result in immediate expulsion from the festival. The person/organization specified on the entry form, as a condition for participation, indemnify and hold harmless the Unda1Sun Islander Festival, its board, members, City of Bremerton, Kitsap County, and its affiliate from all claims, suits, losses, damages, theft, or expenses on account of bodily injury, property damage, or loss arising out of participation.
