Educator, here's your opportunity to share YOUR wisdom and bring us all closer to our collective goal of supporting the students and families in our community.
Please take a moment to thoughtfully and constructively contribute. Your advice is valuable and we invite you to share honestly. Our goal is to help support our students by supporting Moms specifically.

We understand that not all children come from homes with MOM present. We also understand that DAD plays a powerful role in the development of our children. However, for the purposes of this survey, we are speaking directly to the MOM who is present and providing care (with or without Dad).

Your contribution will be offered to moms in a collective, nurturing, and supportive tone that helps to build our community in a healthy, non-judgmental, non-critical context. Again, our goal is to facilitate healing and support where we can.

(NOTE: You may remain anonymous however, if you would like to learn the findings of this survey, please include your email and you will be notified. Rest Assured. No NAMES or identifiable info will be included in the findings.)

As an educator, Mom should understand that I'm responsible for THIS...and NOT THAT...

What does she NEED TO KNOW:
This could include ANY aspect of the child's life...from hygiene to homework, organization & preparation, behavior modeling, profanity, and cell phones. Whatever YOU feel is a 'Need-to-Know', please include it.
