The Coaches Communities/Underserved Communities Initiative is funded as part of the United States Soccer Federation's Innovate to Grow Program, aiming to provide coaching education to underserved communities.

The initiative strives to promote equity for those who have been underserved, marginalized, and adversely affected by poverty and inequality. Through this grant, individuals from these communities will have the opportunity apply for membership and education at discounted rates.
