Dropbox or Google URLs of the following: 1. Your author’s profile photo. 2. Your book’s cover file. 3. Your book’s PDF copy (cover + interior) preferably up to 10 MB only. Your book review will not progress if we have not received the necessary files from you. Make sure that you configure your files’ settings to be made accessible to “anyone who has the link” with no passwords or similar restrictions, so we can open them. You may also email us the files via info (at) thechrysalisbrewproject.com, and write “WILL EMAIL THE FILES” below. Sorry but we are unable to accept files other than through email, Google Drive, or Dropbox at this time. You cannot change the book copy file once we have received it.

You may also nominate your publisher for a Publisher of the Year award, at no extra cost to you. If you wish to do so, write here the following: 1. Publisher, 2. Publisher's email address, and 3. The reason(s) why your publisher deserves an award. Write "NA" if you'd like to skip this.

All payments made are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

Post-judging feedback will only be provided if paid for along with the nomination. No requests for post-judging feedback will be entertained after the nomination has been lodged. Judges’ decisions are final. If paid for, post-judging feedback will be made available within 12 months after the awards results are announced.

The free review, if any, will be a reader review and NOT a professional editorial review. Thus, we are unable to provide any guarantees regarding its format, rating system, content, quality, or outcomes.
