Mountain Walking and Wild Swimming involve physical exertion in remote areas. You might feel uncomfortable while mountain walking and/ or wild swimming. You might feel tired. You might feel more warm or cold than you are used to. Accidental injury is possible.  Wild Wales does not accept any responsibility for personal injury unless we have been negligent. The landscapes we use are dynamic, the weather and conditions can change. We keep an eye on weather forecasts before any event or booking. You’ll need to move over rough, uneven, ground and travel uphill (even if you’ve just booked wild swimming). Your day may be cut short or cancelled at any point by the guide - based on changing conditions or your group levels of comfort. You must tell your guide about any health issues which may impact your participation such as… Asthma Severe allergies Mobility issues  Heart or respiratory issues Mental health concerns Any previous medical issues we should be aware of   Anything else that will impact your day Inhalers, epipens or any required medication must be carried on your activity.
