• IAMU 2025 Compensation Survey

  • Welcome to the IAMU 2025 Compensation Survey

Before you begin, please take a moment to review the following helpful tips:

    Preparation:

To make the process smoother, we recommend gathering information ahead of time, such as staff salary data, benefit plan details, and organizational information. You may click the survey link and scroll through the questions to see what is needed. If you exit, you can return later to complete the survey once you have all information ready. If you enter any data during your review, be sure to click the Submit button (see below).

    Required fields: (*)

Some fields are marked as "required" with a red asterisk. If a question does not apply to your organization, please enter N/A. Leaving a required field blank will prevent you from submitting the survey.

    Hourly & Annual Wage Fields:

For each position, you'll see fields for both hourly and annual wages. Please complete the field(s) that best reflect how your organization compensates that position.

Multiple Employees in a Specific Job:

If your organization employs more than one person in a specific role, you may enter the average wage and average years of experience for that position.

Submit: Survey data will be editable until the survey deadline.

Once you enter the applicable data, click submit. The survey will be submitted to IAMU.

Edit Options: The survey will be available for editing until the survey deadline. This function may be used to forward to another colleague if data must be entered by multiple team members or if you realize you’ve forgotten data or entered incorrect information. There are 2 methods to access the edit functionality:

    • After clicking Submit, a “Thank You” screen will appear with an Edit link below the words Thank You.
    • After clicking Submit, an email will be sent to the email address entered in the Contact Person Email field within the Contact Information section of the survey. At the top of the email there will be a link you may click to edit your submission. This email will also include all of the data previously entered.

We truly appreciate your time and effort in completing the 2025 IAMU Compensation Survey. Your participation helps provide valuable insights for all IAMU members.
