2025 Partner Agreement

A Partner Agreement is an efficient means of selecting your sponsorships and Chamber benefits in one, simple application rather than consistently throughout the year. When you enhance your Chamber Membership with a Partner Agreement, you receive event sponsorship recognition and the associated benefits for an entire year at a discounted rate!

Partnerships are on a first come, first serve basis.

This Partner Agreement is required for ALL Partnerships.
Knowledge NOW Luncheons

Our Knowledge NOW Luncheons offer members and non-members the opportunity to hear from professional speakers, network and other business opportunities. Knowledge NOW Luncheons are held quarterly on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 11:30am to 1:30pm at the Gainesville Civic Center. Lunch will be provided and sponsors will have the opportunity to present information about their business for 15 minutes, as well as set up an information table at the event.
Summer Sounds

The Summer Sounds concert series is an event held the last Friday of May, June, and July. This event has been around for over 15 years and is attended by thousands each individual night. Summer Sounds has a social media following of over 6,500 on it's own Facebook page and is promoted both on the Summer Sounds social media as well as the Chamber of Commerce. This sponsorship will have a logo on all marketing material (both online and in person posters), a logo on the side of the stage banner, and several announcements during the concert series each night.
Farmers Market Movie Nights

Each year from March to December we host a free to the public Movie Night at the Gainesville Farmers Market on the second Saturday in each month (with a few exceptions in regard to holidays, etc). Attendees bring their own lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy a movie under the stars with their friends and family. Your sponsorship covers the cost of the rights to show the movie and expenses of the event while we do all the hard work of making the event happen! As the sole sponsor of your Movie Night, you are welcome to set up a booth to give out information or goodies to attendees and further market your business. You select which month and what movie your business would like to show. All Movie Nights are first come, first serve.
Leadership Gainesville

Leadership Gainesville is a nine-month training experience for community leaders who represent all aspects of the community: business/volunteer, profit/non-profit, male/female, management/labor etc. The participants learn about our local education system, health, government, agriculture, economic development, manufacturing, and human services. Through each session, the class gets to network across Gainesville in order to bring people together for positive accomplishments, develop leadership skills and cultivate volunteer service in the community. This sponsorship will apply to the 2024 - 2025 Leadership Gainesville Class. This program will begin in September 2024 and each class will take place on the second Wednesday of each month until May 2025.
Annual Meeting & Awards Banquet

This annual event is held during the first quarter of the year and provides a meal and networking for guests while recognizing outstanding Chamber Members for their impact on the community. Awards given include New Member of the Year, Member of the Year, Ambassador of the Year, the Chairman's Award and the Legacy Award. The Annual Meeting & Awards Banquet will be held on January 31st, 2025. This will be our 103rd Annual Meeting & Awards Banquet! We hope you can be in attendance to help us celebrate.
Golf Tournament

This Golf Tournament is one of the largest in the area and it serves as a fundraiser for the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce. The casual atmosphere provides for a great networking event with many other Chamber Members coming together for a relaxing day on the course. This event will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025 at the Gainesville Municipal Golf Course.
Depot Day 2025

The annual Depot Day festival is held on the second Saturday in October, which will be Saturday, October 11, 2025. It is one of Gainesville’s signature events and Depot Day welcomes both local and out of town festival goers to our Historic Downtown. The festival begins at 10 AM and features a Kids Zone, Arts & Crafts vendors, an Auto Show with over 200 vehicles, and Entertainment. This event will finish up at 6 PM. This free event to the public is one of the great aspects of our community for citizens of the Gainesville Area and visitors alike. Scare on the Square 2025

Scare on the Square is a trick-or-treating event that takes place around Halloween each year in Downtown Gainesville. The Downtown businesses hand out candy to trick-or-treaters. Other businesses are able to set up a booth and hand out candy and goodies at the Farmers Market. We will have music, food trucks, and fun all in one event! This is a free event open to the public.
V.I.B.E at 5:00 (Formerly known as Mixers)

Our Very Important Business Event (V.I.B.E) at 5:00 offer members the chance to showcase your business and network with attendees! V.I.B.E at 5:00 is held on the 4th Thursday of each month (with a few exceptions in regard to holidays, etc) from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Hosting a V.I.B.E at 5:00 is available only to current Chamber members. There are only 11 available Mixers per calendar year. Hosts will be assigned on a first-come. first-served basis. If necessary, a waiting list will be developed. One business, or a group of businesses, may "co-host" the V.I.B.E at 5:00.
Rise and Shine

Our Rise & Shine events offer members the chance to present information about their business and inform attendees about services they provide! Rise & Shines are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month from 7:45am to 9:00am at the Gainesville Civic Center. Providing a light breakfast is an option, and often suggested, but not required.
