It is that time again! We would like to invite you to be a vendor at our Annual Potato Festival. This year's festival will be held on Saturday, September 9th 2023 at Chapman Park in Monte Vista, from 8 AM to 4 PM. Set up is between 7 AM and 8 AM, tear down will begin at 4 PM. Vendors will not be able to setup after 8 AM. You can drive vehicles to your space to unload, but they must be off of the park by 8 AM. In the event of weather or emergency, vendors may pack their items early, please be mindful of crowds and keep vehicles off the park.
The vendor fee is $50 per 10 X 10 space. (There are a limited number of spaces with electricity available; these will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis. You may contact the CPAC office to reserve.) CPAC is not responsible for loss or damage to your property should any occur in connection with the Potato Festival. There will be no vendor fee refunds issued after August 18, 2023.
