Additional vehicles may park with their parties in the camping area but must purchase an additional vehicle admission pass. If you are making more than one reservation, please provide names and contact information for each reservation made.

SATURDAY NIGHT CAMPING ALSO PROVIDES ADMISSION TO "RALLY UP & GET DOWN!" FOR UP TO SIX (6) PEOPLE.
ALL CAMPING RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. You may transfer your reservation to a different name until June 15.

Camping at the balloon field is in a demarked area at the northeast side of the balloon field with a designated TENT CAMPING ONLY space where vehicles of any kind are prohibited. The area is gridded, and all campers will be assigned a grid space. We will keep parties that booked together assigned to spaces together. You MAY NOT camp anywhere other than your assigned spot.
The camping area is DRY AND WITHOUT POWER. Trash dumpsters, recycling bins, and porta-pots are provided. A potable water spicket is available upon arrival to fill holding tanks if necessary. You are responsible for keeping the camping area clean - please be respectful our of volunteer staff and DO NOT PUT TRASH IN THE RECYCLING BINS.
ABSOLUTELY NO FIRES. This means any kind of open flame and includes ground level propane fire pits. Grills and propane cook stoves with grates are allowed, but must be used a minimum of 30in from the ground. In the event of severe fire restrictions, further cooking restrictions may be implemented.
Generators are permitted and, as long as your neighbors don't mind, you are welcome to run your generator all night if you wish.
The balloon field is adjacent to the Teton Valley Rodeo Arena, with rodeos taking place on the evenings of Thursday, July 4 and Friday, July 5. Please note that the announcements are LOUD and often last until 10:30 or 11:00PM. You may want to wear earplugs, run a noise machine, or both.
For the first time in 2024, the Teton Valley Balloon Rally will host an evening glow with live music from 5:00-9:00PM on Saturday, July 6. While the details of this event are still to be announced, campers can expect large crowds and a full camping area at the balloon field that evening. Your camping pass includes entry to the show for your entire party. There are no discounts if you choose not to attend the show.
Well behaved pets are welcome at the balloon field. All pets must be under verbal or physical control at all times, and campers are responsible for cleaning up after their pets IMMEDIATELY. All pets must be confined to a camper, vehicle, or tent during morning launches. Pets should NOT be left in tents, campers, or vehicles that are not temperature controlled after 9am, as it gets HOT. *You may be visited by Zeppelin or Bix - these Newfoundlands are the Rally Dogs & they often roam free at the balloon field; if you see them their people are nearby*
WE LOVE VOLUNTEERS! Volunteering at the Teton Valley Balloon Rally is an amazing experience and we would love to have you. Want to get involved? REGISTER TO VOLUNTEER!
I have read and understand the above camping guidelines for the 2024 Teton Valley Balloon Rally. I understand that not abiding by any of these guidelines will result in me and my party being asked to leave the camping area at the balloon field without a refund. Additionally, I understand that my reservation is non-refundable whether or not balloons fly on ANY MORNING of the 2024 Teton Valley Balloon Rally. I agree to follow all event rules and regulations.
