Waiver Details:

Event Participation: The Vendor agrees to participate in the event specified above.

Responsibilities: The Vendor acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for all aspects of their food truck operation, including but not limited to food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service. VLA will not be held liable for any faults.

Compliance with Laws: The Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances related to food preparation, sales, and operation of a food truck.

Insurance: The Vendor agrees to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their food truck operation, including liability insurance, and provide proof of insurance upon request by the Event Organizer.

Indemnification: The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organizer, its officers, employees, and volunteers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to the Vendor's participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or violation of laws or regulations.

Waiver of Liability: The Vendor acknowledges that participation in the event involves certain risks, including but not limited to risks associated with food preparation and service, transportation of goods, and interaction with the public. The Vendor hereby waives any and all claims against the Event Organizer, its officers, employees, and volunteers for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of or related to the Vendor's participation in the event, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Event Organizer.

Cancellation: In the event that the Vendor needs to cancel their participation in the event, they agree to provide notice to the Event Organizer as soon as possible.
Miscellaneous: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. This Agreement may be amended or modified only in writing signed by both parties.
