Action Required for Uninterrupted Internet Service
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is ending in April 2024.

You will receive your full ACP benefit through April 30, 2024. To continue Pulse service beyond that date, you must opt in and agree to receive service. If you do not opt in by April 30, 2024, your service will end on May 1, 2024.

Note, when the ACP ends, you are not required to continue with the same Internet plan or use the same Internet Service Provider. No matter what action you take, there will be no termination or change fees.
