As a show of support, Miracle League of Metro Denver wants to recognize Markie's battle with a patch to show support.

Markie has a B cell cancer in his chest and neck. His mass is very large. Doctors are treating him with a six month chemo regimen and may add some radiation. Childrens Hospital has been wonderful in figuring out how to best administer treatments to Markie which quite frankly has been extremely difficult. He's lost a lot of weight and hair (he suffers from nausea). He has good and bad days but ultimately we are hopeful for his future!
