4th Annual Community Family Fun Day! Entertainment/Food/Vendor Application! NEW Location: Ficken’s Field, Roe Ave, Highland Falls, NY 10928 | NEW DATE: Saturday, June 21, 2025
10x10 Space | Set up is between 10 am - 11:30 am | Informational Vendors $10 | Vendors $25 | Food Truck/Vendors $50 | 1st Responders & Entertainers FREE | This event is Rain or Shine, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN THIS EVENT IS A FUNDRAISER FOR THE COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES... We would like all vendors to know that nothing will be provided, no electricity will be available, since we are setting up in a Park. Please bring anything you may need to set up, such as tent/chairs/etc, & a generator if you need power. Public Restrooms are available in the pavilion at Roe Park, just across the way. You'll need to offload any vehicles first, before setting up space. Vehicles will need to be parked immediately, in back of event or on the streets by parks, or volunteers will show you the way, to prevent a holdup of vendors arriving for setup.
