When booking your appointment, a non-refundable scheduling fee is required to schedule. This fee will be credited toward the final procedure fees. Deposit fees are listed on my webage under each procedure on the service menu/price list.
You must complete an Online Consult Form (linked on my webpage) in order to have any procedure done. No procedure will be completed without it. This is how I will be able make sure you are a good candidate for PMU.
No call no-call/no-shows are not tolerated. If you no-call/no-show your appointment you will be charged 100% of your missed appointment and an additional fee will be required to schedule your second appointment.
Cancellations need to be made with at least a 24 hour notice. If you don’t cancel in advance, you will be charged 50% of your missed appointment.
If you refuse to pay the charge, you will not be scheduled again.
Remaining balance is due the day of procedure. Cash and Credit Card are accepted. Checks are not accepted.
Any client, even those that need just a "touchup" who have had procedures performed by another technician before, or since have a procedure done by Smudgeproof ink will be charged at a new client procedure rate.
If you are sick, or have had any symptoms in the last five-seven days, please reschedule your appointment within 24 hour notice. If you come to your appointment sick, your appointment will be canceled.
