  • To open a Calmony account, we need to conduct an identification verification and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) check for all company directors, persons of significant control, partners, group officers, and shareholders holding over 25%.

    After completing the application, Calmony will send an identification verification and AML check request to all relevant individuals associated with the company or group.

    A Direct Debit payment is due in respect of the Direct Debit Instruction for the agentOS subscription and will be collected on the last working day to the month.

    AgentOS will email you your notifcation of the amount to be Direct Debited on or around the 19th of the month.

  • The Direct Debit Guarantee

    • This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits
    • If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit Calmony will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Calmony to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request
    • If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Calmony or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society
    • If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Calmony asks you to
    • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.

    Our key terms include

    You are opening a Client Bank Account directly with Griffin Bank.

    • Calmony provides the online banking software and support.

    • Griffin Bank issues the bank safeguarding letter.

    • There are charges for AML-OFSI checks on your landlords, ultimate beneficiaries, and persons paying into the accounts.

    • All landlords and ultimate beneficiaries must be AML-OFSI checked before funds can be held and paid out to them.

    • The minimum contractual term is 12 months, with auto renewal for another 12 months.  Cancellation is minimum of one month before renewal date.

    • Calmony & Griffin Bank require you to deposit funds into your accounts within 90 days of opening.
    • Any accounts with zero balance after 90 days will be auto upgraded to the next subscription, with on option to downgrade.

    • Your Calmony subscription begins immediately upon application approval.

    • Calmony is part of agentOS Proptech Group Ltd and we may contact you regarding the Group's other software, apps, and services.

    • You are responsible for immediately reimbursing any clawed-back funds.

    • Calmony has a duty to report any suspicious activity to regulatory authorities, including the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI).

    • Outstanding banking fees will result in suspension of payments.

    Griffin Bank requires us to provide you with the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) information sheet and the exclusion list, and obtain and record the acknowledgement of your receipt.
