  • * Please note the following eligibility requirements to participate in the nonprofit mentoring program:

    1. Yale alumnus in a leadership role (founder, Executive Director, senior staff position, Officer, Board Member)
    2. Max annual budget of $5,000,000
    3. Conduct initial interview with YANA representative to determine fit and eligibility 
    4. If invited, work with a YANA volunteer to complete a Needs Assessment Form
    5. Attend an initial Roundtable ZOOM session with matched experts; follow recommendations in Post-Roundtable Guide
    6. Complete Impact Assessment Form at periodic points following Roundtable
      and participate in follow-up conversations and surveys
