Dear Business Owner or Pageant Friend,
The Miss America Organization is one of the nation’s leading achievement programs and one of the world’s largest providers of scholarship assistance for young women. This assistance is not just for the handful of young women who become Miss America, but is available to all young women who compete in the state and local competitions as well.
The Miss Lincoln County Scholarship Organization LLC is in our fifth year of operation. Plans are already underway for our 2026 title-year competition to be held on July 25, 2025 at the Stroud Performing Arts Center at which time our 2026 winners will be selected. But we need your help! In order to have a Miss Lincoln County/Miss Stroud and Miss Lincoln County Teen, franchise fees must be paid, Official crowns and sashes must be ordered and the auditorium must be booked. And then there are the scholarships to the winners which is what the Miss America Organization is all about. This is where you come in!
There are actually four different kinds of sponsorships that help our organization out:
1. Local Sponsorships. This is our operating money to pay for the state expenses, official photos, production wardrobes, hotel rooms, tickets and business supplies, costs associated with the local competition. This money comes from entry fees, admission and special donations.
2. State Ads. These are the ads that our local titleholders sell for the Miss Oklahoma and Miss Oklahoma Teen Program books. The final number of ads sold determine the order the ladies get to choose their competition order. Rebates/cash awards/hotel rooms are awarded to the top 4 Miss Oklahoma candidates who sell the most ads.
3. Scholarships. We are required to provide at least a $250 scholarship to each of our titleholders at the end of their reigns.
4. Special Sponsorships. List of sponsorships listed on next page.
5. Donation of Goods/Services
Not only does your sponsorship of Miss Lincoln County Scholarship Organization help with our operating costs but it goes towards the ladies competing for the titles. The Miss America Opportunity provides opportunities for young ladies from ages 13 to 28 to further their education, develop public speaking skills, do community service and foster mentorships to our Junior titleholders besides being a role model for all.
