Travel Fees $10 /mile

All pricing includes travel with a 30mile radius.

Travel fee is calculated to and from Artist's start location to the location where the bridal services will be received

Deposits & Payments

To secure a date, a signed contract is required with a 25% deposit due 3 weeks prior to the wedding. The deposit is non-refundable. Both the contract and deposit must be received before placing a hold on the requested day. Contract and deposit are due 30 days prior to the wedding date.

Final payments are due 1 week before wedding date. Cash, Venmo, or Square. We can send a payment link through Square.

If it is requested for the Artist to stay to complete additional services, such as touch ups and/or hairstyle changes, it will be $80/per hour after the time to be ready by.

Cancellations

In the event Client cancels this Agreement more than 30 days before the event date, Client will only be responsible for paying the deposit. Cancellation must be sent via email to thebeautybararizona@outlook.com. Confirmation of cancellation notification by The Beauty Bar must be obtained. If Clients fail to let The Beauty Bar know of cancellation via email before the event date or cancels within 30 days of the event date, Clients must pay the full balance due.

Miscellaneous

Artist cannot guarantee or be held accountable for any allergic reactions, or complications from the product or the application. Artist is not liable to Client or any other third party for consequential, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, arising out of, relating to, or in connective with any breach of this Agreement, regardless of (a) whether such damages were foreseeable, (b) whether or not Client was advised of such damages, and (c) the legal or equitable theory (contract, tort, or otherwise) upon which the claim is based. It is Clients' responsibility to secure insurance to protect themselves from unforeseen events or circumstances beyond the parties' control. Clients agree to relieve and hold Company harmless for all such circumstances. Any photos taken by Artist on the day of wedding can be used for their own promotional use on website and/or social media.

Safe Working Environment

The Beauty Bar continues to maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times, consistent with all health and safety laws. If anyone in the party is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, Flu, etc. services will not be provided to them.
