Important Information:
- We will email through some great costume options for your routine/s.
- Once you have chosen an option we will send through an invoice.
- Your costumes will be reserved for your date upon receipt of your non refundable deposit.
- Full payment is required prior to receiving your costumes.
- We will be in contact regarding delivery of your costumes so they are ready for your performance.
Terms & Conditions

1. Costumes must be returned by the agreed return date. If an extension is required just let us know.

2. Costumes must remain at the school under the care of the head teacher until the dress rehearsal and performance period to ensure the costumes are stored safely

3. Any hats or delicate items are to remain with the head teacher and not taken home by the students

4. Lost items need to be reported by the time of return. Replacement of the lost item will be at the cost of the hirer. Please do not try to replace items yourself.

5. Nova Studios will clean the costumes upon their return. Please do not wash the costumes to avoid damage.

6. The hirer indemnifies Nova Studios in respect to any loss, injury or legal expense arising from any accident whilst utilizing the hired items
