*Each form is for ONE person only, if you would like a group booking please fill out different forms for each person. When I send out the booking link, each person has to book their own appointment to allow enough time for each person's appointment.

*Please understand that all fine line tattoos need touch-ups, but it is complementary at four weeks. Please do not book touch-up appointments four months after initial appointment due to things being out of my control, and I do not want the tattoo to fade too much before coming back to it.
