Welcome to our Local Supplier’s Expression of Interest Form
At CWP we believe in the value of genuine and long-term relationships with our suppliers and stakeholders and would like to give you the opportunity to express interest in working with us on our projects. This EOI form is used by CWP to gather information on the interest from potential suppliers or service providers.

We look forward to getting to know you and/or your organisation, learning about your proposal and exploring how we might collaborate. If you are interested in registering your company with us as an approved supplier please also fill in the Due Diligence form which can be found here.

We reserve the right to collect, store and analyse the information from your submission for the purposes of internal analysis and reporting. If a question does not apply to you, please write N/A (Not Applicable) or if you don’t know the answer, please write N/K (Not Known). This questionnaire does not constitute a commitment by CWP Global to any organisation. All applicants will receive a copy of their submission to the email provided. CWP Global may contact any applicant for additional clarification or documents.
