Irvine Chinese Immersion Preschool

 2024-2025 Admission Agreement

The center is licensed under the California Department of Social Services to provide daycare for preschool age children. The program operates a 5 full-day per week, 10-month annual program according to the Irvine Chinese Immersion Preschool 2024-2025 calendar. The school time is 8:45 am to 4:00 pm daily with optional extended care services.

Enrollment Policy:

• The center admits 3 to 5 years old, fully potty-trained students.
• A 10-month commitment is required to enroll in the program.
• Under licensing (State) requirement, all students must submit the completed required documents (including Admission Agreement, Completed Immunization records, personal right, parents' rights, Child's Physician Report, Emergency Information, Consent for Emergency Medical Treatment, Parent Handbook Agreement, Preadmission Health History and other related forms) before attending the programs or else will not be eligible for attending the program.
• The extended care (8:00-8:45 am or 4:00-5:30 pm) is optional and will be charged separately upon request)

Payment Policy:

• The one-time registration fee of $250 and commitment fee of $1,500 is required at the time of registration and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The commitment fee of $1,500 will be credited to the annual tuition.
• The annual tuition also includes a program materials fee.
• The registration fee of $250 will be waived if you complete the registration by 4/30/24 and submit the first and last month tuition by 5/31/24.
• There is a $30 fee for declined credit cards payment or bounced checks.
• All program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including illness.
• Tuition is NOT reduced or pro-rated due to scheduled closures, absences, illness or vacation. In addition, there is NO reduction fee nor makeup days for absences, illness, or vacation. Students
• Students who arrive before 8:45 am or depart after 4:00 pm without notice in advance will be billed for Drop-in extended care services.
• Students who depart after 5:30 pm will be billed for a per-minute late pick up fee.
• A 30-day written notice is required to terminate enrollment. Failure to give such notice will result in a charge of one-month tuition. Each termination request is processed with a $150 withdrawal fee.
