Camp Guidelines and Rules
- Parents are asked not to enter the premises beyond the pick up/drop off point.
- Parking is very limited, please park at the front of the school or off school grounds.
- We will endevor to have as many activites outside as possible, but also keeping in mind that during warm spells kids will need to be indoors to avoid heat strokes etc.
- We have full access to a well maintained full grass pitch (will use, weather dependant), 2 all weather pitches, 3 separate outdoor areas that is equivalent to the size of 3 basketball courts.
- Children will be divided by age/class. In the event there is a mistake made in the registration form, the children will be placed in the correct group, based on age/class.
- We cannot take requests to put your child into a particular group. We will always try and keep classmates/friends together, but due to the number of kids, we cannot gurantee it.
- Please note that TR Basketball Academy, Beneavin School, camp manager/director or staff will not be responsible for personal injuries or lost/stolen property.
- Kids not actively participating in a majority of the activites will not be allowed to attend the camp, unless they're willing to join in etc.
- As parent/guardian of above named child I agree that due to physical contact in s
ports, accidents may happen.
- Any refunds requests must be made in writing via email (info@tracademy.ie) a minimum of 7 days prior to the commencement of the camp you have registered for. There is a minimum of €8 charge for all refunds or 10% of the total refund sum, upto a maximum of €20.
- Any request of swapping of the weeks booked in must be made in writing via email (info@tracademy.ie) a minimum of 3 days prior to the commencement of the camp. Maybe granted based on availability etc.
