Custom Color Match

Please Read Below IF you had a custom color match created at the Sherwin Williams Store.

To save your custom color match at a Sherwin Williams store, you must purchase a test quart. When purchasing the paint for your project, your project manager will need the order number associated with your custom match and the store's address.

**Vivax Pros does NOT recommend using a custom color match for your project. If you decide to do so, please be sure to sample the colors by painting a test patch on your home. Rather than creating a custom match, Vivax Pros reccomends selecting a comparable color from Sherwin Williams**

Vivax Pros highly recommends purchasing test quarts of the paints you are interested in selecting for your project. The paint color may appear differently on the home than it did on a swatch or color wheel. If you do not sample your colors via test patches, you may be unhappy with the end result. By signing this form, you indicate that you understand this risk and relieve Vivax Pros from any responsibility should you decide you are unhappy with the color.

If you have vinyl siding, you must choose a Vinyl Safe color. Vivax Pros will not be held responsible for problems that arise due to the selection of unapproved colors. Ask your local Sherwin Williams store for a vinyl-safe color packet, or look it up on their website.
FINAL RELEASE
Vivax Pros will not be held responsible for any fees levied against the homeowner. Vivax Pros will not be held liable to re-paint in the event the Homeowners Association denies the colors listed above, and/or the homeowner is unsatisfied with the colors after application.
