Cost of classes: Sequoyah K9 Academy "Bite Night" training classes are $35.00 per dog. Cash payments can be made at each session or owners/trainers are welcome to pay online (there is a small processing fee if paying online).

I agree for myself and for the members of my family to the following stipulations:

1. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and I further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by the Academy or the employees, trainers, or representatives of the Academy.

2. I recognize that ther are certain risks associated with the training of dogs and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and/or family members. I hereby release and discharge Sequoyah K9 Academy for any person injury, loss or damage arising out of my usage of or presence upon the premise of the Sequoyah K9 Academy whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, the Academy or other third parties.

3. I agree to defend the Sequoyah K9 Academy against all claims, causes of actual damages, judgements, cost or expenses which may arise from my or my families' use of or presence upon the premise of the Sequoyah K9 Academy.

4. I agree to pay for all damages to the facility of the Sequoyah K9 Academy caused by my or my families' neglect, reckless or willful actions.

5. Any legal equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under Tennessee law.

I have read this document and understand it. I further understand that my signing this release I voluntarily surrender certain legal rights.

The safety of all participants is our first priority. We reserve the right to refuse further participation and will refund all or a portion of the registration fee at our discretion.
