Art work must be of good quality. Low resolution images will be printed as low resolution.

Please note: The longest length of your design is what we size to.

I.E. if you choose a 3"x3" rectangle, the longest length will be 3" and height will be proportional to that!

Also note: Oval shapes will by the longest length measured via the center point of said shape.

Turn Around times:

Orders are produced on a first come first served basis!

Typical production times are 10 busniness days.

THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE!

If you need your order by a hard delivery date, Rush service and expidated shipping is available at the buyers expense!

Rush fee is 25% of your total. Shipping is based on your location verse ours. (central Pennsylvania)

ONCE AN ORDER IS IN PRODUCTION, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS! NO ACCEPTIONS WHAT SO EVER!
