This cover sheet has been attached to an Orangetheory Fitness Premier Membership Agreement or an Elite Membership Agreement to document a promotion that alters the terms of the Membership Agreement. Notwithstanding the provisions of the attached Membership Agreement, Member and Studio agree that
Member will receive only one (1) month of the membership term at a discounted monthly membership rate, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Promotion valid from March 20, through March 31, 2024.
- Promotion for one time use only and limited to non-members. Non-members include first time guests, missed guests, and a former member who rejoins at the Premier or Elite membership level. Former members must not have had an active membership for sixty (60) days prior to rejoin date.
- New and former members must sign up for Elite or Premier Membership level. Premier and Elite Membership levels include Family Add On, Corporate Rates, 6 Month Commitments and Retail Month to Month Rates.
- $99 promotion fee includes the first month of membership and one (1) OTbeat Burn.
- New and former members must redeem the OTbeat Burn at the same studio location in which membership was purchased at.
- Membership cannot be post-dated.
- Standard membership cancellation policies, as detailed in the Membership Agreement of the respective studio, are in effect.
- All other provisions of the attached Membership Agreement will remain unchanged. The financial parameters of the Membership Agreement will automatically revert to their original form at the conclusion of the first month of the membership.
- Orangetheory Fitness reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel this program and these Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion with or without notice.
