2024 Event Sponsorship Form

Thank you for your support!
We offer five levels of sponsorship:

Friend (Item donation for event raffle)
Website Acknowledgment: Logo & link on the festival website
Social Media Mention: A grouped thank you post on the festival’s social media channels
Brochure Listing: Name listed in the sponsor section of the event brochure

Cotton ($50-$150)
Website Acknowledgment: Logo & link on the festival website
Social Media Mention: A grouped thank you post on the festival’s social media channels
Brochure Listing: Name listed in the sponsor section of the event brochure

Wool ($151-$400)
All Cotton Level benefits, plus:
Website Feature: A more prominent logo placement on the website sponsor page.
Social Media Highlight: A dedicated thank you post with a brief description of the sponsor’s contribution or business.
Brochure Recognition: Logo placement in the brochure’s sponsor section.
Event Signage: Name or logo on general event signage around the festival.

Silk ($401-$1000)
All Wool Level benefits, plus:
Website Spotlight: An individual spotlight feature on the sponsor page of the website.
Enhanced Social Media Engagement: Multiple social media posts mentioning the sponsor, including a spotlight or story feature.
Brochure Feature: A larger logo and a short description in the sponsor section of the brochure.
T-Shirts: Sponsor’s logo on the festival t-shirts, worn by staff and volunteers.
Dedicated Event Signage: Dedicated signage at one of the event's key locations (e.g., entrance, main stage).

Cashmere ($1000+)
All Silk Level benefits, plus:
Premier Website Presence: The most prominent logo placement and a featured article or interview on the festival website.
Premier Social Media Coverage: Regular mentions, features, and engagement across all festival social media platforms leading up to and during the event.
Brochure Cover Mention: Logo and mention on the cover of the event brochure.
Premier Event Signage: The most prominent logo placement on all event signage, including main stage banners and entrance displays.
Speaking Opportunity: Opportunity to speak at the event or be included in the opening/closing ceremonies.
Customized Sponsorship Opportunities: Tailored benefits to meet the sponsor’s specific interests, such as naming rights for a particular part of the festival or exclusive workshops.
