Miss Warren County Fair Scholarship Pageant 2025
***Pageant to be held Monday, July 28th 2025 at 6pm at the Warren County Fairgrounds.***
- Contestants must be a resident of Warren County or a resident within a 50 mile radius from Warren County Fairgrounds AND live in the state of VA. Proof of residency may be requested at any time.
- Contestants must compete in the age group which they fall on the date of the pageant. No exceptions will be made.
- Contestants may have never been married or pregnant.
- Contestants must be female and have always been female.
- Contestants must be at least age 16 and no older than 22 on the date of the pageant.
- Contestants must be of good moral character; never been convicted of a crime.
- Contestants should not have engaged in any activities that are characterized as dishonest, immoral, indecent, or in bad taste, either in person or on any form of social media.
- Contestants will be judged in interview, personality wear, and pageant wear based on personality, attire, poise, and overall appearance. Miss Contestants will participate in an opening number with Junior Miss contestants. The contestants with the top 5 scores following the modeling competition will answer a spontaneous on-stage question.
- One chaperone will be admitted to the pageant with each contestant, while other supporters must pay an admittance fee at the gate. No one may enter the backstage area with the contestant for any reason.
- Registration will be available starting March 21st, 2025. Application packets will be available on the fair website at warrencountyfair.com, at the Warren County Fair Office during scheduled registration times, or as requested by emailing misswarrencountyfair@gmail.com. Applications must be submitted through the website, in person during scheduled registration times, or by mail to P.O. Box 1555, Front Royal, VA 22630. Anything received after the cut off date & time will not be accepted.
- A non-refundable registration/sponsor fee of $50.00 is required for each contestant. Sponsors may be parents, relatives, businesses, etc. Entry fee shall be paid by cash, money order, check, or through the Warren County Fair website. Checks should be made out to Warren County Fair.
- Contestants may participate in an optional Photogenic Competition. Each entry will have a fee of $10.00. Entries must be received by registration cut-off.
- Registration must be submitted by Wednesday, July 23rd at 6:30 p.m.
- Mandatory practice will be held at the Warren County Fairgrounds. During practice the stage format, time slots, opening number routine and additional information will be reviewed. There will be 2 days you can attend practice. Attending one is mandatory, but both are recommended. Dates to be announced at a later time.
- Contestant line-up will be determined by the order applications are received by the director. The first application received will be the last contestant in the line-up.
- The winner will be expected to attend the Warren County Fair and serve as a representative during Fair Week, at local parades, and various other community events as communicated by the Warren County Fair Pageant Committee. Miss Warren County Fair 2025 must compete in the Miss Virginia Association 2026 pageant in Williamsburg, VA. Winners and their parent/guardian must review and sign the provided Titleholder Contracts. The winner will also be required to complete 30 or more hours of community service. A $1,000.00 scholarship will be awarded to the winner to be used towards the furthering of their education after conclusion of their reign. In addition, the winner will receive a $200.00 cash prize at the time of crowning, along with $300.00 towards Virginia Assoc. of Fairs preparation plus hotel accommodations while at the Virginia Assoc. of Fairs competition in January of 2026. Total prize is $1,500.00. If for some reason the queen does not finish her reign, the scholarship will not be awarded.
- Contestants may compete for a title they have previously held, if it has been a year since passing the crown to compete in the same division. There is no waiting period if competing in a different age group.
- Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated. All contestants and their family/guests must always conduct themselves in a proper manner. Any display of unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate disqualification of the contestant and removal of the individuals from the property. Additionally, any disqualified contestants will be unable to participate in any pageants held by the Warren County Fair for a period of at least three years.
- Awards for this age group will be presented for: People’s Choice Competition, Photogenic, Best Interview, Best Personality Wear, Best Gown, Congeniality, 1st-4th Runners Up, and Winner.
- All rules, regulations, awards, schedules, and information pertaining to the pageant are subject to change at the discretion of the Warren County Fair Pageant Committee and the Warren County Fair Association Board, if necessary.

Date 2: Sunday, July 27th, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. (Mandatory)
Practice will be held at the Warren County Fairgrounds-Dennis Grove Main Stage.
