The Women’s Fair - A Life Makeover Event is on the lookout for exciting and engaging entertainment for our event!

If you're interested in sharing your talents at the Missoula Women’s Fair, please apply below. For main stage performances, you'll need to be available for a time slot between 11:30 AM and 3 PM on the event day. You'll find preference options below, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. We ask that your performance lasts between 15 to 25 minutes.

By submitting your application, you agree to the following terms:
- You are responsible for providing your own music and materials. We will supply the sound system, microphones, tables, and chairs.
- Any changes to your program after approval must be communicated to us in advance.
- A detailed description of your performance is required for our website and marketing materials.
- The content presented is for entertainment purposes only and should not be used for self-promotion. However, you are welcome to display marketing materials on the tables in front of the stage during your performance.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your assigned time slot.
