Release of Liability and Photo Release Form
I, the undersigned participant (or parent/guardian of the participant if under 18), hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms in relation to my participation (or my child's participation) in the Needle Felting Workshop at Hidden Bee Farm and Hidden Bee Learning:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that needle felting involves the use of sharp tools and materials that could potentially cause injury. I am aware of the risks associated with this activity and voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, related to my participation (or my child's participation) in this workshop.

Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Hidden Bee Farm, Hidden Bee Learning, their owners, officers, employees, instructors, agents, and volunteers (collectively, "Releasees") from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by me (or my child) while participating in the needle felting workshop, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney's fees, arising out of or related to my participation (or my child's participation) in the workshop.

Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury, I authorize Hidden Bee Farm and Hidden Bee Learning to seek medical treatment for me (or my child) if deemed necessary. I agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.

Photo Release: I grant permission to Hidden Bee Farm and Hidden Bee Learning to use photographs or videos taken of me (or my child) during the workshop for promotional or educational purposes.

Acknowledgment: I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Release of Liability, understand its contents, and sign it voluntarily. I understand that this document is a legally binding agreement and that I am waiving certain legal rights by signing it.
