1. I agree that Integrated Personal has a loan funding contingency fee of 6% of the total loan amount. The funding contingency fee is due to Integrated Personal within 2 business days from receiving access to the funds. A late fee will accrue 2 business days after I receive access to the funds, the accruing late fees will be $25.00 each day. Integrated Business Financing accepts payment by invoice. Invoice will be submitted through a third-party processing company that accepts check, debit or credit card.

2. I agree that by proceeding with Integrated Personal that I am granting Integrated Personal power of attorney to represent me, only in the act of the application and loan process, either written, electronically, verbally, or otherwise. Integrated Personal does not have the authority to either accept or decline any loan on my behalf. I grant Integrated Personal the right to communicate with all lenders on my behalf verbally or through e-mail. I also grant Integrated Personal access to my credit report and understand that Integrated Personal may pull and view my credit report for up to 120 days from ending service with Integrated Business Financing. This would only be required to verify if the loan was taken and if the loan funding contingency fee was not paid.

3. I understand that Integrated Personal may refer me to apply or have me applied from 3-6 different financial establishments. Some credit providers they have direct relationships with, and some they will use their expert placement skills to obtain my approvals. Each individual lender will do its own credit check.

4. I will not utilize the same lenders that Integrated Personal has applied or recommended to me for up to 120 days in regards to an unsecured loan. If I decide to accept a loan with any lender that I was recommended or applied to, I understand that their funding contingency fee would be due at that time plus and applicable late charges.

5. There will never be any application costs or fees to be paid up front. Fees would only be paid if I take the loan and only then after the loan funded to my account.

7. I understand that there will be a late fee of $25 per day if I am not able to make payment within 2 business days of receiving access to the funds.
