TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
A. Participation Fee:
Raw/bare exhibit space are available at Php 20,000.00 (2x2 meters) and 30,000.00 (2x3 meters) (inclusive of VAT) + P300.00 (LGU Fees) per exhibit space.
B. Participation fee does not include fees and taxes imposed by the local BIR Regional District Office. The exhibitor assumes all responsibilities of settling all fees and taxes.
C. Fees: Reservation Fee: P 6,000.00. The remaining balance + P300.00 per exhibit space is payable in 2 equal payments via post dated checks.
D. Payment Method: Reservation: Bank Transfer/Online Payment OR Cash/Check during a Themes & Motifs bridal fair. Remaining Balance:Post-dated Checks
E. Reservation fee is is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE (Can not be transferred to another exhibit or another participant).
F. Reservation fee may not be transferred to to another exhibitor or another Themes & Motifs online or on ground event in the future.
G. For multiple space applications (more than 1 space): In case of a reduction in the number of reserved spaces, the reservation fee(s) paid for the released space shall be forfeited in favor of Themes & Motifs. It will not be applied to the balance of the remaining exhibit spaces.
H. Themes & Motifs reserves the right to evaluate and approve/disapprove all applications.
I. Payment of reservation fee does not guarantee the approval of exhibit application. Reservation Fee will be returned if the application has been disapproved.
J. Cancellation : The Exhibitor shall pay the following percentages of the exhibits space rental rate should cancellation be made of a confirmed exhibit reservation/participation:
- Confirmation date to 3 months before the event
50% of total exhibit space rate
- Less than 3 months to 1 month before the event
75% of total exhibit space rate
- Less than 1 month before the event
100% of total exhibit space rate
K. All exhibit spaces shall be on a first come, first served basis. Participants will be asked to choose their exhibit space once the layout is ready.
L. Choosing your exhibit space/s shall be based on the order you have submitted and paid your reservation fee; only exhibitors with full payments by the time the exhibit layout is made available can choose their exhibit space. Reserved slot/s shall be forfeited if they are not fully settled by the time the exhibit layout is made available.
M. Themes & Motifs reserves the right to re-layout the floor plan as may be necessary. Priority to choose slots in the reassigned areas shall follow first-come-first-serve policy.
N. Sharing is allowed up to a maximum of 2 brands per exhibit space. Primary exhibitor may share with ONLY ONE BRAND per exhibit space. Total number of secondary brands/suppliers is equivalent to the total number of spaces booked.
O. Secondary supplier must fill-out a separate application form.
P. One-stop-shops / Bridal shops are required to reserve a minimum of 4 spaces and must submit their official list of members /accredited suppliers upon submission of application.
Q. Optional: Submit 10 photos (preferably with the same color palette) for your free e-poster. Email photos to: bridalfairs@themesnmotifs.com
R. No promotion or mention of non-Themes & Motifs events.
S. No promotion or mention of non-participating suppliers.
T. Prevailing DOH and IATF guidelines at the time of the exhibit will be implemented and observed the entire duration of the event, including ingress and egress.

V. Themes & Motifs shall not be responsible for any any failure or delay in performing its obligation under due to any of the following causes (which events and/or circumstances are hereinafter referred to as “Force Majeure”), to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, earthquake, typhoon, public health emergency, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy. The Organizer shall not responsible for any loss sustained by the exhibitor directly or indirectly attributable to the elements of nature or by events of force majeure or any mishaps that may occur during the exhibit run including orders or directives imposed by any government authority. The exhibit may be shortened, postponed or cancelled due to any cause whatsoever beyond the control of The Organizer. In case of postponement or cancellation due to events of force majeure, there shall be no refund of payments made for the exhibit.
