Simply follow the prompts, and we will prepare the agreement to be signed digitally. The Authority to Act allows us to act for you and, with your written instructions, act on your behalf during the property buying process. This agreement outlines the responsibilities and fees for both the buyer and the agent.

NB these questions allow us to prepare the document, which we will send to your nominated email address via DocuSign, allowing you to thoroughly assess the agreement before signing.
