Cancellation of Wedding Photography Contract

This contract shall acknowledge the Client/You and Stacy Boyer Photography LLC. mutual agreement to cancel and terminate the wedding photography contract for the wedding date listed below, without further recourse or legal obligation by either party. The original contract is hereby terminated and deemed null and void as of the date below and no services have been rendered. 

Retainer and Payment:

The Client/You further understands that if a non refundable retainer fee was collected at the time of the original signing of the wedding photography  contract, it will not be refunded persuant to the original signed contract Retainer and Payment section.
