The VRMA Excellence Awards celebrate and recognize the incredible work, contributions, and impact that vacation rental professionals have made in the past year.

To make a nomination for an award, please fill out the form below, completing all required fields. You may nominate yourself or your company, an individual within your company, or an individual from a different company within the industry.

Nominations will be accepted through June 30, 2024, and all submissions will be carefully reviewed by the VRMA Marketing and Editorial Committee. Winners will be announced at the VRMA International Conference October 14-17, 2024 in Phoenix, AZ.

Rising Star Award: Individual Under 35 (VRM or Supplier): Awarded to a young professional (under 35) best exemplifying exceptional professionalism, service, and success within the vacation rental industry.

VRHP Housekeeper or Housekeeping Team of the Year: Awarded to an individual or company best exemplifying a commitment to delivering top-tier housekeeping services to vacation rentals.

Best Marketing Campaign (Vacation Rental Management Company): Awarded to a property management company that launched a creative and successful marketing campaign that yielded measurable results.

Best Marketing Campaign (Supplier Company): Awarded to a supplier company that launched a creative and successful marketing campaign that yielded measurable and impactful results.

Community Impact Award (VRM or Supplier): Awarded to an individual or company that has demonstrated a positive, tangible impact within their local community.

DEI Impact Award (VRM or Supplier): Awarded to a company that demonstrates a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, that has led to a measurable impact.

Advocate of the Year (VRM or Supplier): Awarded to a company for the most outstanding efforts in advocating on behalf of the vacation rental management industry.
