2024 Private Hours Pool Party Contract
What type of membership do you have with our pool?*
Prices & Hours:

$350 for the first 2 hours; $100 for each additional hour

Lifeguard Information:

All prices include two Lifeguards (50 total attendees). If you require a 3rd or 4th lifeguard, then you will be required to pay an additional $15 per hour/ per guard.

**Note: Parties with more than 50 total attendees (this includes non-swimmers as well) are required to pay for extra Lifeguards.

Total attendees: 51-75 (One extra Lifeguard needed)

76-100 (Two extra Lifeguards needed)

Those having parties for young children are encouraged to add a Lifeguard (even for small parties) for added safety.

Deposits:

To secure your party date/time, you must complete a Pool Party Contract and pay at least half of the pool rental fee and deposit of $100. If only half the party fee is paid, then the other half is due no later than seven days before the party or the renter forfeits their fees paid, deposit, and party date.

Cancellations:

For cancellations made at least two weeks in advance, fees and deposits will be refunded. In the event that no property damage occurs and all debris is properly cleared, a refund of the deposit will be issued.

PARTY PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS:

1. Any property damage will be immediately reported to a Board Member.

2. No drugs, alcohol, smoking, or vaping will be allowed anywhere on the premises.

3. No glass containers are allowed within the gates of the pool.

4. The host will be held accountable for leaving the premises clean. The host is required to place all trash in the trash cans provided. The Lifeguards are responsible for taking the trash to the dumpster.

5. A copy of the pool rules has been attached to this contract. The hosts signing this contract acknowledge receipt and understanding of these rules. Please ensure that the guests are made aware of these safety rules, as the host is ultimately responsible for the actions and conduct of their guests on our premises.
a. All swimmers must perform an acceptable shower before entering the pool.
b. No hairpins, curlers, or hair ornaments shall be worn in the pool unless covered by a cap.
c. No glass containers of any kind allowed in the pool area.
d. No running, pushing, wrestling, dunking, water fighting, or causing undue disturbance in or
about the pool area.
e. No smoking, eating, or drinking around the pool.
f. No pets are allowed within the enclosed pool area.
g. Admission shall be refused to anyone with skin abrasions, colds, coughs, inflamed eyes,
infections, or wearing bandages.
h. Expectorating and blowing of the nose in pool is prohibited.
i. Use of kiddie pool shall be limited to children under six years of age.
j. The wearing of necklaces, bracelets, watches, and earrings while swimming is prohibited.
k. Children under ten years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Children who have reached their 10th birthday are permitted in the pool area unaccompanied by an
adult provided they can pass the basic swimming test.
The basic swimming test consists of:
1. Swimming 2 widths of the pool
2. Floating on back for a 2 minute period
3. Treading water for a 2 minute period
*The pool manager or lifeguard shall administer the swimming test*
l. The use of innertubes are permitted. However, no innertube larger than a car tube is allowed.
m. The use of beach balls is permissible. Other types of balls that are soft in nature may be
permissible at the discretion of the lifeguard. Tennis balls, soccer balls, footballs are NOT
permitted.
n. Ball playing in the pool will be limited to areas designated by the lifeguard. Continuation of
ball playing will be left to the discretion of the lifeguard.t Keep away type ball games are not
permissible.
o. NO WATER GUNS
p. Noodles are allowed, unless misused. They are made to float on only.
If misused the lifeguard has the right to remove the noodle from the pool.
q. The diving board will be used properly according to posted rules at the pool.
